Rich and Jan Buy Houses is owned locally by Rich and Janice Swinney. We have been married for over 35 years and have two great kids. We are local business owners and love to support our community when and wherever possible. Janice has a business in the health and wellness industry, keeping others healthy and well. Rich operated Route 34 Auto, Truck & Trailer Repair in the Naperville area from 2006-2011 and now runs BR Services, a private mobile repair service. Rich and Janice are animal lovers and have adopted a Pitbull/Rottweiler mix “Maya” who is the biggest Princess there ever was.
