We are proud to offer you quality, pasture-raised goat meat raised on our family farm in Western Wisconsin, about 45 minutes from the Minneapolis - St. Paul metro and 60 minutes from Eau Claire. Whole goats are typically available to order October-March, while we sell cuts of meat, gyro meat, organ meat and bones from our state license farm store year-round.

Cylon Rolling Acres is a grass-based livestock farm, raising Boer Kiko cross goats on pasture for meat using rotational grazing practices. Grazing is not only great for the health of our goats, but it's good for the soil and the ecosystem on and around our farm.
