While we do have a wide range of freshly baked goods in stock, we encourage you contact us if you have a special request. If we can make it for you, it would be our privilege to do so. I am originally from the East Coast and actually have no formal training in the field of baking, although this comes as a surprise to most, my passion combined with a great mentor has served me well. I knew I loved to bake from a very young age, it was just a part of who I was. Fortunately for me a “master baker” took me under his wing and shared everything he knew…and I ran with it while continuing to learn hands on. Baking combined with a “free spirit” has brought me to many places until I finally ended up here in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona approximately four years ago. Well, I should mention that I bought a home here four years ago, but didn’t quite settle down until early this year. Something in me was drawn to Pinetop and I knew that this was finally it, the place I wanted to open my own business and jump right into this wonderful community. So I looked into locations and all the many other aspects involved with opening up shop, and I am grateful to say January 6th 2013 is when our doors opened.
